How our tours work
One day, hotel to hotel
We only do day tours. This page explains what happens from the moment you ask about a tour to the moment you're back at your hotel.
Before you book
Every tour page shows the day step by step: the stops in order, the drive between them, lunch, any shopping stop, and the drive back. Times are confirmed for your date when you book, because traffic and your hotel's location change them.
Asking for a price
Some tours show a price. For the others, send your date, group size and hotel, and we reply with the price for that day.
On the day
Your guide and driver meet you at your hotel. Every tour is private: your own car and guide, just your group. Where the activity itself is shared, such as a balloon flight, a boat or a show, the tour page says so. Each tour page says who guides the day and in which language.
Shopping stops
If a program includes a stop at a shop or workshop, the tour page says so, as its own step. Ask us before you book if you'd rather skip it.
What's included
Each tour lists what's included and what isn't: tickets, lunch, water, tips and any optional extras such as a camel ride.
Paying and cancelling
A 25% deposit, paid online by card or PayPal, confirms your booking; you pay the rest in cash on the day. Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.
